- 1–2 tbsp half & half
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the baking mix and sugar, whisking until blended.
- Add the 1/2 cup half & half and melted butter, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, ensuring enough space for spreading.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once baked, allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of half & half.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and let it set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the dough.
