This delightful Pumpkin Protein Shake is a fall favorite, featuring the rich flavors of pumpkin puree and spices. Enjoy this quick, nourishing shake for a delicious breakfast or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the pumpkin pie spice according to your taste.
For a thicker shake, add more frozen banana or oats.
This shake can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
