Description

Tiramisu Blended Oats are a delightful mix of flavors, combining espresso and yogurt for a healthy and satisfying meal. Perfect for any time of the day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 oz. espresso
  • ¾ cup almond milk, plain, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cocoa powder for topping
  • 12 teaspoons mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Add all base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the blended oats into two storage containers and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ¼ cup of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Spoon the maple yogurt onto each oat cup, then sprinkle with cocoa powder and mini chocolate chips.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use strong coffee instead of espresso.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup as per your taste.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
