Description

This Watermelon Feta Salad combines juicy watermelon, creamy feta cheese, and aromatic herbs for a refreshing and easy dish perfect for summer meals and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • zest and juice of 1 lime

  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper
